Painting & Drawing with Printmaking
Painting and drawing are the basis for all forms of art. We cover techniques in a variety of painting and drawing media: tempera, watercolors, pastels, pencil, ink, charcoal and acrylics. For both beginners and more experienced artists, with individualized attention to the level of the student. In this week we will also be exploring a few different printing techniques and pair it with our painting and drawing artwork.
In addition to our painting and drawing, we’ll be doing a ceramic project with an emphasis on the painting and drawing aspect of clay decoration.
Camp this year will be in-person with a limit of 16 campers.
Located on the Berkwood Hedge campus in central Berkeley. We will be following Berkeley Health Department guidelines regarding the recommendations for Covid protocols in the summer.
Hours are 9-3, for ages 6*-13.
*The younger set need to have completed 1st grade.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per session per student is due at the time of registration.
The remainder of tuition is due May 15th, 2025, or you can pay in full when registering. No refunds of tuition after June 1st. Refunds of the tuition above the deposit before June 1 are in full except for the transaction fees on PayPal.
